For over Fifty year, we have produced high-quality wooden accessories for the weaving mills and have developed technologies to meet the challenging requirements of the local and international market. Today, we are the largest textile weaving machine accessories producing company in Pakistan, with a team of highly trained and professional people. With the most modern and state-of-the-art technologies in use, our products are not only catering to the local textile industry but also the global textile industry.

A Little Of Our Story

OUR HISTORY

This tradition of excellence started back in1960, when Mian Abdul Rasheed (late) floated the idea of manufacturing textile weaving machines accessories in Pakistan. Pak Shuttle Company was his brainchild and is now the largest manufacturer and exporter of textile weaving machine accessories in Pakistan.

The idea of Pak Shuttle Company got much appreciation and production of high quality accessories for textile weaving machines relieved the local textile industry because of the higher costs of imports of the textile parts from the US, Japan and Germany. Along with shuttles, the company started manufacturing wooden and plastic pirns and bobbins followed by Laminated Picking sticks and Side Levers. The production set-up and technical skills were achieved from Japan for the absolute perfection and products were of same standards as of Europe or Japan.

The compressed wooden blocks were imported from Germany, United Kingdom, and the USA earlier, but in 1977 the company erected its own wood compressing plant and was the first wood compressing plant of its type in Asia.

The company started its export in 1978. After capturing the domestic market the company got much appreciation and very positive feedback. It was this positive feedback that the company established its offices in different countries.

TODAY

Today, we are the group of largest textile weaving machine accessories producing company in Pakistan, with a team of highly trained and professional people. The company which in 1964 started its journey with only few people and limited resources, today, has more then 100 workers and the management staff, with separate departments for Production, Marketing and RnD departments. The RnD department is working continuously for improvement and ease in the production with the help of CNC machines and equipments. The RnD department of the company has also enabled the company to start the production of shuttles less weaving machine parts including Sulzer, Picanol and Waterjet looms.

Now we are the largest producer and exporter of wooden shuttle and power looms accessories in Pakistan. Our export markets portfolio includes Turkey, Romania, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Iran. We are fully aware of the demands of our customers, and keep ourselves up to date with the changes taking place in the industry.
